Carrot-Beetroot Purée
A naturally sweet, nutrient-rich purée packed with fibre, iron, and antioxidants — perfect for babies 6 months and above.
Ingredients :
1. ½ cup carrot (peeled and chopped)
2. ¼ cup beetroot (peeled and chopped)
3. 1 cup water
4. A few drops of ghee (optional, for toddlers 8 months+)
Procedure :
1. Add chopped carrot and beetroot to the MultiCook inner pot.
2. Pour in the water and close the lid.
3. Select the Baby Food function and let it cook.
4. Once done, allow pressure to release naturally.
5. Open the lid and transfer the contents to a blender or mash with a spoon until smooth.
6. Strain if needed for younger babies (optional).
7. Add a few drops of ghee if serving to toddlers.
8. Let it cool slightly and serve lukewarm.
