Tawa Keema Masala

A bold and spicy dry-style minced mutton dish, cooked with onions, tomatoes, and masalas — perfect as a main or side with pav or paratha.

Ingredients :

1. 300 g mutton keema (minced mutton)
2. 1 tbsp oil
3. 1 small onion (finely chopped)
4. 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
5. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
6. 1 tomato (finely chopped)
7. ½ tsp turmeric powder
8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
9. 1 tsp coriander powder
10. Salt to taste
11. ½ tsp garam masala
12. 2–3 tbsp water (optional)
13. Fresh coriander for garnish
14. 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Procedure :

1. Switch on Sauté mode in the MultiCook. Heat oil.
2. Add chopped onion and green chilli. Sauté until onions are soft.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until the raw smell fades.
4. Add chopped tomato and cook until soft and oil separates.
5. Stir in turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add the mutton keema and stir to coat with the masala.
7. Sauté for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a splash of water if needed.
8. Cook until keema is fully done and mixture is semi-dry.
9. Add garam masala and mix well. Turn off the MultiCook.
10. Garnish with fresh coriander and a dash of lemon juice. Serve hot.
